Custom Heat-Moldable Fit 

Constructed from a single-piece premium microfibre upper, the Z1-PRO eliminates traditional stitched pressure points. The structural chassis relies on an advanced heat-moldable construction that allows the shoe to fully adapt to the specific anatomical contours of your foot via standard heat-customisation protocols, offering a truly personalised glove-like retention system with zero break-in period required.

Dual FreeLock Micro-Adjustment

Achieve precise, zone-specific retention with the integrated dual FreeLock dial system. Operating high-strength composite textile laces, the dials allow tactile, localised micro-adjustments across both the forefoot and upper instep. The system is highly intuitive and secure, facilitating swift, slip-free tension adjustments even mid-race or while wearing gloves.

360° Aero-Ventilation Architecture

Engineered for supreme temperature control in gruelling racing conditions, the Z1-PRO implements a full-chain aerodynamic airflow system. Micro-laser perforated panelling on the upper and lining matches internal airflow channels with intake and exhaust vents directly integrated into the carbon sole. This guarantees continuous moisture management and crisp, cooling air circulation from toe to heel.

Vibram® Anti-slip Heel

Breaking standard road-shoe design conventions, ZUATU has officially partnered with Vibram® to equip the Z1-PRO with a specialised DuraStep rubber heel pad. Seamlessly moulded into the rear section of the carbon chassis, it provides stable, confident traction during race sign-ons, podium ceremonies, or cafe stops without impacting aerodynamic performance or race-legal specifications.
