Our Process

Our Perspective

Bike Express was founded by three cyclists from China, the UK and France.

With backgrounds in industrial design, materials engineering and mathematics, we approach product selection from different professional perspectives rather than marketing claims alone.

We attend China's leading cycling exhibitions every year and work directly with manufacturers, allowing us to understand products long before they reach international markets.

Based in London

Being based in London allows us to work closely with independent bike shops, bike fit studios and workshops throughout the city.

Beyond supplying products, we regularly arrange in-person visits, sample deliveries and technical discussions to help dealers evaluate products with confidence before adding them to their range.

Our Approach

Good distribution is about more than moving products between countries.

It requires careful selection, technical understanding and long-term trust.

Every product we introduce has earned its place through independent evaluation.
