The Chaser Universal system solves the industry headache of disparate frame manufacturing standards. Crafted from ultra-strong, lightweight Tc11 titanium paired with premium 7075 aluminium accents, each axle features a fully modular drive end. By unthreading the rear securing screw, riders can instantly swap out the core thread module to match their frame's exact internal pitch requirements (1.0, 1.25, 1.5, or 1.75 mm).

The continuous lightweight structure undergoes a rigorous CNC polishing and post-oxidation colouring process, providing a high-gloss, premium finish that resists tool wear and corrosion.

Integrated Concealed Tool System

To provide an elegant aesthetic and aerodynamic edge, the thru-axle features a uniquely designed, built-in concealed lever system. The pull-out handle eliminates the need to dig through your saddle bag for separate hex keys when removing or reinstalling your wheel set mid-ride. Once pushed back flush into its housing, the simple profile ensures a clean, wind-cheating front end.

Length Adjustment Instructions

  1. To Increase Total Axle Length: Slide the provided 4mm spacers onto the threaded end of the main axle shaft before threading on your chosen pitch module. A maximum of two 4mm spacers can be safely stacked to extend reach.

  2. To Reduce Total Axle Length: Fit the interface washers (1mm, 2mm, or the 45° cone washer) adjacent to the drive handle head to precisely space out excess length against your fork or dropout face.
