The Dura-Ace edition undergoes complete structural optimisation. The main axle core is machined from elite TC11 titanium, capable of withstanding forces up to 1100 MPa, while accessory hardware uses resilient TC4 titanium.

To bridge the gap between featherlight weight and extreme longevity, the housing uses 7075-T6 aviation aluminium, but the critical contact end meeting the original ball bearings is crafted from heat-treated Gr15 bearing steel. This targeted material placement ensures the spindle won't suffer premature wear under intense racing loads.

Ceramic Angular Contact System

Chaser has completely overhauled the internal layout by merging Shimano's legendary angular contact configuration with customised, ultra-smooth Silicon Nitride full-ceramic ball bearings. Utilising premium Japanese Kif bearings packed with high-efficiency German Klüber grease, this system significantly reduces rolling friction, stabilises spinning dynamics, and maximises drivetrain efficiency during high-cadence efforts.

Pre-Installed Simplicity
