Elite AB-5 Titanium Metallurgy

Chaser Sports utilises premium TC11 titanium alloy (comprising a Ti-6Al-3.5Mo-1.5Zr-0.3Si matrix, also classified as AB-5). This advanced formulation delivers exceptionally high tensile strength that outperforms standard Grade 5 titanium, handling high-torque loads with absolute stability.

Complementing the titanium shafts are lightweight, high-strength 7075 aluminium alloy collars. Every piece undergoes meticulous independent design modelling and multiple screening tests before receiving a high-polish and post-oxidation anodised colour treatment.

Aero Cap Integration & Hex Socket Engineering

To fully optimise airflow over open dropouts, the kit features carbon-textured aero caps that snap into place to cleanly conceal the axle heads. Additionally, the axle core incorporates a highly practical double-sided 8mm hexagon socket. This dual tool-slot design allows the axle to be unthreaded, serviced, or adjusted easily from either side of the fork blade or chainstay.
